
Rights and Permissions Revenue Administrator

- Work with Shared Service teams to process accurate license revenue invoices and allocate payments correctly
- Analyse and process annual royalty statements to maintain accurate sales records in the Rights Management system
- Generate monthly reports to follow up on outstanding royalty statements and unsigned contracts from customers and agents
- Build working relationships with internal departments including Tax, Invoicing, Cash Operations, Rights Sales teams, and Finance, as well as external customers and agents
- Maintain organized archives of all correspondence related to rights reversions, signed deals, invoices, royalty communications, and payments for future reference
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors
- Highly numerate, ideally with previous basic financial administrative experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise and work effectively with internal partners and stakeholders

- A competitive salary of £30,000 -£32,000 per annum plus 5% bonus
