We're looking for two detail-oriented and proactive Finance Support Assistants to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) finance team.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for validating and processing payments to SEN providers and schools, resolving financial queries, and maintaining accurate records across systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, good IT skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.About YouTo apply for this post, you must:
  • have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent GCSEs, or equivalent experience.
  • be confident working with financial systems and Microsoft Office products in a fast-paced environment.
  • be committed to delivering excellent customer service and have experience and skills to handle queries and correspondence efficiently and professionally by phone, email or in writing.
  • have the skills and experience to gather information, interpret, analyse, and complete tasks timely and accurately
  • demonstrate an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and accurate data management.
  • be able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines independently.
  • be proactive in identifying improvements and contributing to service development.
