- be committed to delivering excellent customer service and have experience and skills to handle queries and correspondence efficiently and professionally by phone, email or in writing.
- have the skills and experience to gather information, interpret, analyse, and complete tasks timely and accurately
- demonstrate an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and accurate data management.
