Salary: £82.50 – £90 per dayAbout the Role:We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive secondary school in Southampton from September 2025. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys helping young people reach their full potential in the classroom.In this role, you will support teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons and assist students across various subjects. While this is not a specialist SEN role, you will play a vital part in encouraging students to stay focused, participate actively, and develop confidence in their learning.About the School:The school is a well-established secondary school catering to pupils aged 11–16. It is known for its strong emphasis on academic progress, personal development, and student well-being.
