- Manage a complex, dynamic diaries including clinical responsibilities, university lectures, and business meetings.
- Prioritise and coordinate conflicting demands across personal and professional schedules.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, external collaborators, and senior stakeholders.
- Prepare for and support high-level meetings with agendas, minutes, and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain efficient filing and digital record systems.
- Ensure workflows, documents, and tasks are streamlined and organised.
- Organise regular team meetings and ensure action points are monitored and followed through.
- Support team building and office coordination, particularly during in-office days.
- Collaborate with the project lead on internal initiatives, keeping the Executive aligned with key developments.
- Be present in the office once per week (Mondays) for essential support functions and in-person coordination.
- Assist with occasional internal communication updates and light social media support.
- Uphold a consistent, professional tone across all communications.
- Operate as a trusted gatekeeper, representing the Executive with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and maturity.
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting a C-suite leader or senior executive
- Unflappable under pressure with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
- Demonstrates confidence, initiative, and discretion in managing sensitive responsibilities
- Highly organised, efficient, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, etc.)
- Experience in clinical, academic, or multi-venture environments is a plus
- Having experience with NHS and marketing is desirable
- Social media experience beneficial but not essential
