The majority of the working week will be spent delivering high-quality coaching sessions across schools, colleges, and local clubs, identifying and nurturing talented players while building strong community links. A significant part of this role is to actively recruit players into the Swansea University rugby programme, ensuring long-term growth and sustainability, particularly within the women’s game.
In addition to outreach, the coach will work closely with the University’s rugby squads, supporting weekly training delivery, game preparation, and player development planning.
