Role: Secondary Science Teacher (KS3 & KS4)Are you an enthusiastic Science Teacher with a passion for inspiring the next generation of scientists? Whether your strength lies in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a mix of all three, we're looking for a dedicated educator who can make science engaging and accessible for students across Hull.About the RoleAcademics is partnering with a variety of secondary schools and academies in Hull to recruit motivated Science Teachers for supply and longer-term opportunities. This flexible role allows you to work across different school environments, sharing your knowledge while helping students develop a love for learning.What We're Looking For
- A UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS or PGCE in Science)
- Recent experience delivering Science lessons at KS3 & KS4 (KS5 experience welcomed)
- A strong grasp of the national Science curriculum and effective assessment strategies
- The ability to plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons
- Skilled classroom management with a positive, student-focused approach
- A genuine passion for encouraging curiosity and critical thinking in young people
- Prior teaching experience in UK secondary schools
