We are looking for a proactive individual to provide crucial project management support for a significant remediation programme. If you are detail-oriented, organised, and have a knack for effective communication, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
- Track project documents and maintain comprehensive project plans.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and minutes are documented accurately.
- Assist in submitting updates to meet reporting requirements.
- Maintain status reports and RAID logs to keep the project on track.
- Over time, participate in issue identification and resolution, risk management, and dependency tracking.
- Plan and facilitate working group meetings to drive project progress.
- Maintain daily reports on UAT test results and key performance indicators, including execution pass rates, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and progress burndowns.
- Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to ask questions and seek clarification.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand project mechanics and highlight potential impacts of changes.
