We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a busy parts distribution team covering the Aberdeen region. This is a field-based role focused on building strong B2B relationships and growing aftermarket parts sales across a range of trade accounts.You will be responsible for managing existing customers while actively seeking new opportunities to expand the client base. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proven background in automotive sales or commercial parts.What the Role Involves:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of trade accounts within your assigned territory
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold and warm leads
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Promote offers, provide product advice and secure repeat business
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer contact
  • Work to set KPIs and revenue targets
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (automotive or commercial preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Confident in identifying and developing new leads
  • Full UK driving licence
