Gym Receptionist/Front of House Role - Elephant

• Greet and welcome members and guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information regarding gym services, classes, and membership inquiries
• Confidently handle tours of the facility, with great knowledge of our offering
• Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and handling payment transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Respond to member feedback, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide assistance and support to trainers and staff as needed
• Maintain knowledge of current gym promotions, events, and services
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive gym atmosphere

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals
• Proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with fitness equipment and an understanding of gym operations is desirable
• Flexibility to work on weekends and/or weekday evenings
