- Supporting the existing team who deal with respondent Employment work.
- Leading on business development and winning new work.
- Working as part of the national Employment UK team.
- Helping managing junior lawyers in the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide holistic legal solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and provide insights to clients and colleagues.
- Proven expertise in employment law gained from a large regional, national or international law firm
- Able to bring their own work and clients across
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team
- Ideally some sector experience .
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ties to Leeds
- A proactive approach to business development and client engagement.
- A competitive salary in the range of £160,000 upwards per annum.
