- Manage and service a portfolio of corporate commercial accounts
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general client queries
- Liaise effectively with insurers and clients to deliver tailored risk solutions
- Support Account Executives in delivering exceptional service and retention
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Engage with clients across the Education & Charities sector
- Review and process complex commercial policies
- Maintain high levels of documentation and system accuracy
- Participate in team meetings and provide input into client strategy
- Proven track record in Commercial Account Handling
- Exposure to risks with premiums in excess of £50k
- Background in Education, Charities, or Cross-Class Commercial desirable
- Experience in handling corporate clients and complex policy wordings
- Excellent technical insurance knowledge
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- High attention to detail and very organised
- Cert CII qualified or actively studying towards certification
- Motivated by personal development with the ability to earn bonuses per exam passed
