Job title: Employment Senior Associate SolicitorLocation: SurreySalary: £80,000-£100,000+PQE Level: 5+ PQEContract Type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full-timeAn established and highly ranked law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Employment Solicitor to join its reputable Employment, Immigration and Pensions team in Guildford. The role is suited to individuals with approximately 5-10 years' post-qualification experience in employment law, gained within a respected City, national or regional firm.The successful candidate will advise corporate clients-ranging from multinational businesses to senior executives-on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This includes employee relations, TUPE, corporate transactions, executive terminations, and tribunal litigation. Collaboration with immigration and pensions specialists is an integral part of the role.Candidates must demonstrate:
  • A strong technical background and drafting ability
  • Proven client-handling and business development skills
  • Commercial insight and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage a varied and complex caseload with professionalism and discretion
