Senior Project Manager - Industrial & Logistics ProjectsLocation: LondonSalary: £75,000 - £85,000 + BenefitsSector: New Build Industrial & LogisticsWe are working in partnership with a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with a proven track record delivering complex, high-value projects across the industrial and logistics sector. Due to a strong pipeline of major developments, they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple new build schemes.About the CompanyThe consultancy operates across the UK and Europe and is known for its technical expertise, commercial strength, and long-standing client relationships. Their portfolio includes large-scale logistics hubs, advanced manufacturing facilities, and major industrial estates.Role OverviewAs Senior Project Manager, you will lead the full project lifecycle - from early design stages through to completion. You will work closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful delivery of new build industrial and logistics developments
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project
  • Manage programme, risk, cost, and change control
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, health & safety, and environmental standards
  • Contribute to business development and process improvements across the team
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering industrial and/or logistics new build projects
  • Experience in consultancy or client-side project management (main contractor experience also welcome)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
