Mencap are seeking Relief Support Workers to join our incredible team in York.As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you'll play a vital role in their life.What we're looking for:路 A genuine passion for supporting others.路 Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.路 Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.路 A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.Contract options:路 ReliefShift times:All our services are 24hr care.
