A leading fire engineering consultancy who work on some of the UK’s most exciting and complex projects are now seeking a Bid Administrator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. As the Bid Administrator you will be, supporting our national bid function and helping them continue to secure high-profile projects across the built environment.The RoleAs Bid Administrator, you will play a key role in the preparation and coordination of bids, ensuring documents are produced to the highest standard and deadlines are consistently met.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the bid team in producing compliant, compelling tender submissions
  • Coordinating inputs from technical teams and ensuring consistency across documents
  • Managing and formatting bid content, templates, and supporting materials
  • Monitoring deadlines and submission portals to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintaining bid libraries and supporting the continuous improvement of bid processes
About You / Bid AdministratorWe’re looking for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with:
  • Previous experience in bid administration, document control, or similar coordination roles
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to engage colleagues at all levels

In Return:Salary: £27,500
