Start Date: 11/08/2025We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to provide holiday cover for one week on a busy new build housing site in Stokesley.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations.Ensure health & safety regulations are maintained on site.Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed to schedule.Maintain quality control and resolve any site issues promptly.Liaise with trades, suppliers, and the management team.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role on a new build housing site.Valid CSCS card.SMSTS or SSSTS certification.First Aid at Work (preferred).Strong organisational and communication skills.
