The TikTok Shop Europe Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) team plays a key role in driving strategy, market growth, and operational excellence across new and existing markets. Our mission is to accelerate sustainable success in Europe's dynamic e-commerce landscape through data-driven insights and scalable solutions.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, category, and product teams to design and execute business strategies, including merchant, advertising, and content initiatives to drive growth in EU markets.
- Analyse merchant and advertiser segments to generate insights and optimise solutions tailored to different business needs.
- Develop and refine growth frameworks based on platform data, user behaviour, and market trends.
- Optimise business SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and provide scalable solutions for cross-market operational challenges.
- Build best practices, playbooks, and incentive mechanisms to enable teams and partners to implement effective, data-backed strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, PMs, and Engineering to ensure alignment and execution across markets.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of strategy and analytical experience in management consulting and/or leading tech or e-commerce companies.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce or digital advertising markets.
- Strong data sense and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Ownership mindset and proactive working style; able to identify challenges, design solutions, and drive initiatives independently.
- Passionate about e-commerce and content-driven business models; proactive and self-motivated in a dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in German, French, or Chinese Mandarin is a bonus when communicating with XFN and external partners but not essential.
