The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, data analytics, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.The Monetization Strategy & Operations Manager will be joining the Monetization Strategy & Operations team. This organized individual must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, be flexible and able to take initiative when working independently or as part of the wider team. This role focuses on Data, Strategy, Reporting, Projects.Responsibilities:
- Monitor commercial performance and define key agency KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks; Lead regular (eg biweekly) cross-functional agency meetings, tracking progress against priorities and ensuring accountability
- Drive forward high-priority initiatives, from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable impact; Establish governance processes to monitor execution and maintain alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop, maintain, and socialize the company's Trading Policy for agencies. Drive overall coordination of the annual trading process, including planning, budget management, negotiation oversight, and stakeholder alignment
- Lead external and internal research to identify agency market trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning; Translate research and complex data into actionable strategic recommendations for sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Conduct market sizing, business model assessments, and competitive benchmarking specific to the agency ecosystemQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision including strong time management skills and adaptability to a changing environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment as well as fast learner to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of unknown industries
- Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and deliver simple and impactful solutions
- Ability to build trust and manage stakeholders, make data-driven decisions and effectively navigate through challenges
- Experience using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organization and to influence various levels of management decision making
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced company - high growth start-up, management consulting, tech platforms, etc. Experience in media, digital advertising, business intelligence, revenue strategy/operations is a plus
