- Delivery Scope Description : Project Description This project is covering SF HXM Implementation of modules Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central Payroll until 1.1.2027. Integrations into existing HRIT-Landscape. The goal of the project is to implement the above mentioned modules in the country Germany and Luxembourg for BAUHAUS AG company. Scope of Task The external contractor takes on the following tasks within the project, which are carried out independently: - Ensuring the implementation of the business and technical requirements, including interfaces, according to the scope description - Providing content guidance to BAUHAUS project members in workshops and meetings, tracking decisions and decision needs - Consulting on design principles and leading practices - Coordinating technical implementation with the module owner and process owner - Consulting on cross-module requirements and impacts - Creating relevant project reports and maintaining comprehensive and structured documentation (e.g., in Confluence) and workbooks - Ensuring the complete execution of unit tests - Empowering BAUHAUS key users - Lead EC Iteration Workshops - Plan EC sessions with BAUHAUS counterpart on weekly basis - Technical configuration of development, test and production environment - Documentation of EC workbooks and other supporting workshop documentation - Conduct unit tests and bug fixing during client test phase - Participate in status meetings and prepare status report with BAUHAUS stream lead - Report risks and issues on time - Proactively align cross-topics with other streams, such as ECP, Recruiting, Onboarding and Integrations
