Salesforce Business Analyst£550 - £575pd (Inside IR35)7 months, potential to be extendedSwindon - once a month onsiteOne of our established clients are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis up until the end of MarchThe business themselves was founded almost 10 years ago to boost the innovation and research capabilities of the UK. They operate across the whole of the UK with a combined budget of more than £6 billion, investing in areas such as Medical, Biotechnology and Environmental researchThis role will see you working as part of the Operations Directorate team where you will document detailed technical requirements, map out As-Is and To-Be processes and help architecture team design the solutionTo be considered you need to have experience in the following:
  • Proven technical analyst experience working with Salesforce platform
  • Proven experience with documenting technical requirements / user stories, process maps and identifying dependencies.
  • Experience working with agile development teams and wider stakeholders
  • Confident in the entire Software Development Lifecycle
  • Experience specifying, designing, or configuring digital solutions, especially related to loans management
  • Experience of working with qualitative and quantitative data; analysis scenarios and investigating the impact of changes
  • Experience of working with web-based CRMs or tools
