- Work closely with the Sales floor across Inbound, Outbound, Renewals and Customer Service Team.
- Capture Salesforce business requirements in User Stories.
- Build a deep understanding of how users use the system to find improvement opportunities through regular call listening with our Sales Agents.
- Translate improvement opportunities into business requirements for the team, as well as help the team to understand how their users behave.
- Own the business requirements of new customer features, system enhancements and bug fixes to ensure they are translated to the Salesforce team in order to build a solution that is fit for purpose and deliver the optimal customer experience.
- Run UAT and training sessions with the Sales floor.
- Support the team with testing user stories before going live and prepare material.
- Work with key business stakeholder to ensure requirements are aligned to business value and priorities.
- Maintain the associated documentation for projects and small improvements including Functional Specification documents, User Acceptance stories and process mapping.
- Attend meetings with the team and stakeholders, facilitate workshops with key stakeholders, understanding needs and ensuring outputs are captured correctly and shared with the Product Manager for prioritisation.
- Proactively develop own knowledge of system capabilities (e.g. new release features) and propose areas for development to promote the business's principles and foster a collaborative approach to solution delivery and engagement.
