​Role OverviewOur client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Formation Associate to join their growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a build-out from the ground up with strong support from a well-established US parent company. The role offers a unique chance to work closely with highly regarded lawyers and be integral to the expansion and success of the firm's funds practice in the EMEA region.​Main DutiesKey responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:Assist in the formation and structuring of various types of investment funds.Advise on regulatory matters including AIFMD, UCITS, and other relevant regulations.Significant exposure to clients/pitching and strategy.​RequirementsQualified solicitor (UK or Ireland) with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a strong background in fund formation or regulatory work with a funds emphasis.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to engage in varied work.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.​Culture and EnvironmentGenuinely friendly, proactive, and collegiate work environment.
