NRL's client is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead all commercial activities on the £120M enabling works package of a £6Bn regeneration project. You will manage a regional commercial team in Enfield London, oversee procurement and supply chain engagement, and drive financial performance across this flagship infrastructure project.What you will need
  • Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Proven experience managing commercial functions on large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (essential)
  • Track record of leading teams and overseeing procurement, valuations, and final accounts
  • Chartered status (RICS/ICES/CICES) or working towards chartership
