We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Midlands team, supporting a diverse portfolio of Planned, Decarbonisation, and High-Rise works.What You’ll DoAs a Commercial Manager, you’ll lead all commercial activities across pre- and post-contract phases, ensuring robust governance, profitability, and performance. You’ll:
- Drive financial outcomes across turnover, profit, cash flow, and rebate targets.
- Lead tender strategies and project business plans.
- Manage commercial reporting, risk, and contract compliance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the supply chain.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
- Champion innovation, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.
- Proven experience in commercial management within social housing, construction, or maintenance sectors.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across varied contract types and durations.
- Ideally, a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
