  • Lead the development and implementation of a proactive preventative and predictive maintenance strategy to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
  • Manage and support the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring clear priorities, effective delegation, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations while promoting a culture of safety across all sites.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including equipment performance, maintenance costs, and response times.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple locations, providing hands-on support where necessary.
  • Supervise external contractors to ensure they meet quality, site rules, and safety standards.
What You Will Bring:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and continuous improvement strategies.
  • A recognised engineering qualification, such as BTEC Level 4 HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills across both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel between sites.
