We are revolutionizing the way the world moves for future generations, and we want someone who is ready to move with us.Who will you be working with?You will be supervising the Maintenance team, supporting the business to ensure that the various machinery and facilities around the site are kept in good working order. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure we maintain the maximum uptime with minimum disruption.How will you make a difference?Using your skills, you will support and develop the maintenance team ensuring that they have the correct knowledge and skills required to maintain and repair our equipment and facilities. Controlling any scheduled maintenance along with ensuring that we have the correct number of critical spares.You will also be responsible for any outside contractors, the site security and fire systems, working closely with EHS to ensure that we conform to any building and site safety legislation.What do we want to know about you?

What will your typical day look like?
  • Lead the maintenance team to ensure that the business equipment and property stays in good working order.
  • Schedule and delegate tasks amongst the maintenance team.
  • Monitor the team’s performance to ensure that they remain productive and safe.
  • Carry out problem solving activities to ensure that we can maintain maximum uptime of our equipment.
