
Business Analyst

- Partner with senior managers and stakeholders to shape project concepts, define business objectives, and assess risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Lead the capture, evaluation, and prioritisation of business requirements, ensuring alignment across departments and integration of systems and processes.
- Collaborate with third-party delivery partners to identify and appraise solution options that are efficient, user-friendly, and fit for purpose.
- Develop robust business cases and mandates, challenging assumptions and maximising value through tangible and intangible benefit analysis.
- Oversee the delivery lifecycle, ensuring adherence to business requirements, supporting solution acceptance, and promoting continuous improvement and EDI principles.
- Hold relevant qualifications and proven experience in one or more Business Architecture disciplines, such as process management, business analysis, data and management information, or IT system development.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in business process analysis and design, with proficiency in using modelling techniques and collaborative tools to drive effective outcomes.
- Bring strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, including negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict resolution, to lead productive workshops and interviews.
- Possess a solid track record in developing business cases for large-scale, complex change programmes, supported by advanced financial modelling and appraisal capabilities.
