Start Date: 26th of AugustMason Frank International has partnered with a leading company in the real estate industry that is currently undertaking a significant Salesforce implementation project, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to play a critical role in the design, configuration, and successful delivery of this key phase of the project.Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and provide expert advice on Salesforce capabilities.
- Deliver documentation and end-user training as required.
- Ensure best practices are followed across the platform.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with hands-on project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration tools (e.g., APIs, middleware, AppExchange solutions).
- Ability to work independently and manage client expectations effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Real estate or property industry experience is advantageous but not required.
