This is a greenfield implementation project where your expertise will support the orgainsation streamline its sponsorships, donations, and fundraising.As a Salesforce Consultant, you'll lead discovery sessions, gather and translate requirements from stakeholders across departments, and configure the platform to support fundraising, service delivery, and community engagement. You'll also support integrations with third-party tools and ensure the system rollout is smooth and scalable.Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and solution design for a non-profit Salesforce transformation
Configure and optimise Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Non-Profit Cloud
Build workflows and process automations tailored to non-profit operations
Support integrations with third-party platforms (e.g. donation systems, email marketing tools)
Deliver user training and create tailored training materials
Collaborate with stakeholders across fundraising, programmes, and operations
