- Support Managers & People Partners - Provide first-line advice on HR matters, including absence, conduct, performance, and employee relations
- Drive People Solutions - Help shape and implement people strategies that align with business goals and support workforce needs
- Employee Relations & Case Management - Assist with disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, redundancy, and dismissal processes as and when required
- Data & Insights - Support People Partners in compiling HR metrics to track performance and engagement
- Training & Development - Help deliver training on company policies and employment legislation
- Policies & Compliance - Ensure policies align with best practices, company objectives, and employment law
- Flexible & Proactive Approach - Work remotely as needed, with a strong presence at Head Office and the ability to travel to other locations
- Someone who is keen to learn and understand employee relations and best practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence managers
- Attention to detail and confidence in navigating Microsoft Office applications
- A passion for creating a positive workplace culture
- Good basic standard of education, 4 GCSE's or equivalent Grade C or above including English and Maths
- CIPD would be an advantage but not essential
- Willing to work towards qualifications to assist with their own personal development
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
