Position: SEND Teaching Assistant (Multiple Roles Available)About the Role:
- Provide targeted support to pupils with a range of special educational needs across Key Stages
- Assist in delivering personalized learning plans and tailored interventions
- Support communication, social development, and emotional well-being of pupils
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to create an inclusive classroom environment
- Help manage daily routines and adapt resources for individual needs
- Experience working with children with SEND in a school or similar setting
- Understanding of SEND strategies and approaches
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting all learners
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
