We’re looking for a brilliant BSL-trained Teaching Assistants to support warm and inclusive schools in Stockton. If you’re passionate about accessible communication and creating a classroom where every voice is heard, whether spoken or signed this could be the perfect next step.Why you’ll love this role:You’ll support a pupils with hearing loss, using your British Sign Language skills to make learning engaging and inclusive.You’ll help create calm, confident learning environments - and yes, your knack for staying cool when things get tricky will come in handy.You’ll work closely with a friendly team who really value the impact of support staff (because we know you’re the glue that holds the classroom together).What we’re looking for:BSL Level 2 minimum (if you’ve got Level 3 or are working towards it, even better!).A natural communicator.
