
Risk & Control Capability Manager

- Collaborate with the wider Risk team which specialises in FC and non-FC risk and control management across the bank in order to support the 25/26 FC roadmap
- Work with Feature Teams to implement system-based improvements
- Raise change requests and monitor delivery
- Identify areas for improving and simplifying processes
- Arrange for communications and training to be delivered to colleagues
- Monitor changes delivered to ensure they are embedded and are tested (i.e. there is a clear definition of completion)
- Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
- Experience of managing projects and implementing change
- Knowledge of change processes and risks
- Analysis of change risk and control information
- Delivery of change risk reporting
- Change risk oversight and support for projects and programmes
- Understanding of change and programme risk management practices
- Strong working knowledge of processes especially those that manage FC risk
- Experience of writing and reviewing policy and procedures
- Plan projects that cope with external changes and implement changes on time
- Good knowledge of Banking systems
- Ability to influence and work with a range of stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver change across the stores
