- To achieve assigned targets as an Business Development Manager, Business Banking, focus on proactively marketing and originating Business Instalment Loan building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. Cross selling CASA, FX, and Banca offerings.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with new clients to expand the SME business portfolio.
- Customer Experience: Enhance customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically targeting SMEs.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of Business Instalment Loan
- Proactivity: Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
