- Building and Cleaning monitoring. Auditing of statutory testing.
- Conducting routine checks and inspection of facilities and equipment.
- Undertaking minor maintenance work such as lamp changing.
- Providing initial response to any reported faults.
- Conducting repairs to fixtures and fittings.
- Assisting with minor and major moves within the school.
- Undertaking conference room set up for meetings in Community rooms.
- Manage the signing in of Subcontractors for Skanska
- Book in Permit holders for Lets.
- Proven experience of working in a busy and demanding customer focused environment.
- Understanding of health and safety and its application to the working environment.
- Demonstrable maintenance skills such as home maintenance.
- Experience of working within a maintenance environment.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures.
- Ability to use office computer systems including e-mail, spreadsheets, and databases.
