You’re comfortable working cross-functionally, managing change, and bringing stakeholders on the journey. Crucially, you have the confidence to engage with senior leaders and the clarity to present your ideas at board level.What you’ll bring:
  • Strong retail trading/buying experience, ideally with high-volume categories
  • Proven ability to build and deliver commercial strategies
  • Excellent supplier management and negotiation skills
  • Great at spotting trends and turning insight into action
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and an eye for clear, impactful reporting
