Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Shift: 6:00am – 2:15pm and 11:45am – 8:00pmMy client is looking for a maintenance fitters to join their ever-growing team in the manufacturing industry, open to candidates from both electrical and mechanical backgrounds.Benefits:• Competitive rates of pay

- Diagnose and fix problems with manufacturing machines and mechanical parts.
- Work with machine operatives for machine set ups and change overs.
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly and yearly machine servicing.
- Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
- Test and inspect electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures to ensure compatibility and safety of systems (Electrical Maintenance Fitter).
- Ensure work is carried out to the highest standard and in the interest of the company.
- Carry out other reasonable requests made by the line manager to support departmental or company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's policies including Health & Safety are complied with.
- Observe and comply with all good working practices.
- Appropriate city & Guilds and/or NVQ3 Qualification (Essential for Electrical).
- Adept at using Microsoft Word and Excel packages.
- Methodical approach to solving queries.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, but understand level of responsibility within the team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Ability to prioritise work and manage a number of tasks concurrently.
- Be highly motivated.
- Valid driving licence.
