Bodyshop Office Manager Vacancy - Park Royal!

Circa £40,000 Basic Salary, plus around £6,000 bonus annually.
Working hours; Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm ONLY!

Our Client, a franchised, Independent bodyshop are seeking an office manager to join their friendly team. The ideal Office Manager would have strong bodyshop experience.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well managed bodyshop that offers long term career prospects and high financial rewards for hard work.Our client is offering the successful Office Manager:

Basic Salary circa £40,000 dependent on experience
Circa £6,000 annual bonus.
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Only
No Weekends!
20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
Company pension scheme

Duties of a Bodyshop Office Manager:

Ensuring that all paperwork and processes are accurate and efficient
Leading a team of three other advisors
Dealing with customers complaints
Providing quotations on work to be carried out.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the bodyshop
Calculating the time required to complete all necessary repairs.
Informing the body shop of the authorisation of extra work needed.
