- Handling project documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Managing databases, filing systems, and records
- Supporting meetings - preparing agendas, minutes, and action tracking
- Coordinating communications between office and site teams
- Assisting with procurement, compliance, and H&S documentation
- General administrative support to ensure the project runs efficiently
- Strong all-round administration skills, ideally gained in a construction or engineering environment
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
- Previous experience supporting large-scale projects is highly desirable
- Permanent role with a secure, long-term project (minimum 3 years)
