The VacancyIf you like helping others, then a Support Worker role at Quarriers is the job for you, We have an excellent opportunity to join our Quarriers Homelife Ayr Service!Your new opportunityHomelife Ayr specialises in providing day-to-day support to over 25 individuals across South Ayrshire living with physical/learning disabilities. We provide a person-centred service and ensure our support is tailored to suit each person's needs and help them achieve their goals.Our support includes:
  • Daily living support
  • Housing support
  • Support to access local community
  • Vocational support within educational settings
  • Planning, reporting and reviewing of care plans
We are seeking dedicated Support staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with adults with a physical or learning disability to provide them with the care and support they need to thrive. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with various activities of daily living, providing emotional support, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.There are permanent 20 and 30 hour contracts available.What you will need to succeed/bring to the role

  • Ability to apply transferable life experience and skills to support and enable individuals.
  • It is essential for the successful candidate to have a driving licence for Manual vehicles.
