
HR Administrator (12-month FTC)

- Provide administration support to the HR Advisors & HR Operations Manager including notetaking, drafting letters and documents, monitoring the HR Inbox, and maintaining and updating all HR trackers
- Active participation in various engagement activities including organising events for colleagues, participating in volunteer days and raffle organisation
- To manage clerical recruitment process with appropriate third-party suppliers, controlling all terms and conditions for recruiters and performing audits where appropriate
- Ensuring all new starters are administered on the system, and that P files are created to the best class standard
- Excellent knowledge of HR Policy, Practice, Employee Relations and Change Management Relevant qualifications further learning in areas
- Good use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
- Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
