Responsibilities as General Manager…
  • Leading all aspects of the restaurant's pre-opening and day-to-day operations
  • Creating an energetic, guest-focused culture from the ground up
  • Recruiting and developing a passionate front-of-house team
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and senior leadership team to deliver a seamless guest journey
  • Upholding high standards of service, detail, and personality in a lively, fine dining setting
  • Spanish-speaking would be a real bonus, but is not essential
