£70,000 to £80,000We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic General Manager to take full ownership of an iconic casual London restaurant. This is a role for someone who thrives on running a busy, high-volume site, leading a team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every single day.The Role:
You’ll run the restaurant from front to back, ensuring service, energy, and standards are consistently high. You’ll manage the commercial side of things too, with full P&L accountability, so you need to be confident with numbers as well as people.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a busy restaurant and creating a welcoming, energetic environment for guests
- Developing, coaching, and inspiring your team – FOH and kitchen
- Overseeing kitchen operations alongside your team
- Managing budgets, labour, and full P&L
- Driving culture, engagement, and service standards across the site
- Experienced General Manager in a high-volume, branded restaurant environment
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering great experiences
- Confident managing large teams and a busy service environment
- Commercially savvy, with solid P&L experience
- Solutions-focused, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure
- Excellent communicator and natural host
- London experience essential
