- Lead and manage a variety of building surveying projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct site inspections, surveys, and due diligence assessments.
- Provide expert technical advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
- Mentor and support junior surveyors, assisting with APC progression.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- MRICS Chartered.
- Proven experience in delivering building surveying services, including project management and contract administration.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
