Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
  • Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Leading and inspiring a team of chefs during service
  • Helping maintain the restaurant's high culinary standards
  • Getting hands-on with stock management, ordering, and food cost control
  • Ensuring your kitchen is clean, safe, and compliant at all times
  • Playing a key role in the development of junior chefs
  • Helping to create seasonal menus that celebrate top-quality local ingredients
About you:You'll be an experienced Sous Chef from a fine-dining or high-end restaurant background. You'll take pride in your craft, thrive under pressure, and be a natural team leader.
