- Lead and support the Clinical and Care teams, upholding the company's values.
- Provide leadership, support, and supervision for clinical and care staff.
- Conduct on-call duties as required by the home.
- Develop and deliver training modules and workshops.
- Offer feedback on staff improvement areas.
- Support the Home Manager with clinical aspects, including resident assessments.
- Lead team and clinical review meetings.
- Maintain effective and safe clinical practices with the Home Manager and QA teams.
- Annual salary of £60,000

- Registered Nurse status with a valid NMC Pin and post-registration experience.
- Experience in managing or mentoring within a care setting.
- Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, staff nurse, or registered nurse in a Care Home.
- Strong people management skills.
- A committed and organised approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
