- A solid understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Maths.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

- Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons.
- Strong subject knowledge across all key stages.
- The ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance teaching.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and innovative approach to teaching.
- Teaching Maths to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Planning, preparing, and marking schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress and providing regular feedback.
- Contributing to the development of the Maths curriculum.
- Participating in departmental meetings and wider school activities.
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
- Maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Adhering to all school policies and procedures.
- Acting as a form tutor, if required.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as requested by the Head of Department.
