- Develop and implement a global online and offline public relations campaign strategy that aligns with JD.com's business goals and brand values.
- Lead and manage PR activities, including media outreach, press releases, PR events, and speaking opportunities for executives.
- Oversee the creation of PR content, ensuring it is consistent, timely, and impactful across different regions and cultures.
- Monitor global online and offline media coverage, analyze PR campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, investor relations, and other departments to ensure integrated communications and brand consistency.
- Provide PR guidance and support for product launches, consumer campaigns, corporate initiatives, and partnerships in multiple markets.
- Stay abreast of global trends, industry challenges, and opportunities to position JD.com as a thought leader and innovator in the e-commerce space.
- At least 3 years of experience in communications, with a proven track record in managing PR campaigns in the UK and other European countries, ideally with both agency and in-house experience.
- Experience in social media and digital PR campaigns.
- Experience in the e-commerce, technology or retail industry is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with a global audience.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to PR and a keen understanding of the media landscape.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- A deep understanding of cross-cultural communication and the ability to tailor messaging to different markets is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proficiency in multiple languages such as French, German, Dutch, or Chinese is a plus.
- Experience in crisis management and corporate communication is a plus.
