Working as part of the Savings team our ideal team member will have previous experience in owning and leading on the end-to-end delivery of communications including creation, sign-off, development, testing and ongoing monitoring with excellent organisation and time management skills.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Audit and streamline existing communications processes and materials
  • Implement and manage a centralised communications library with version control and review cycles
  • Ensure all communications meet regulatory, legal, and brand standards
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of communications across multiple channels (email, web, print, social)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to deliver timely and accurate communications
  • Champion a customer-first approach to communications, embedding Consumer Duty principles
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the customer journey through effective communication
Developing Our People: as a line manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team, as well as developing performance through coaching. You will encourage your team to take responsibility for their own personal development and provide support through regular feedback.WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional ability to manage and prioritise multiple workstreams effectively
  • Highly articulate, capable of communicating complex arguments in simple language
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office inc. SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to learn about new technologies to support the development of the role
  • A good understanding of Consumer Duty, inc. importance of accessibility
  • Knowledge of the FCA's Banking: Conduct of Business Sourcebook (BCOBS)
  • Experienced in using email marketing tools e.g. DotDigital
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
  • Good understanding of marketing principles
  • Knowledge of savings and/ or consumer banking products
  • A background in Financial Services or Professional Services sector
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite capabilities
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital communication tools
  • Experience in using analytical and digital experience tools e.g. GA4 and Content Square with a strong analytical mind
