Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.30pm No weekends, except during the student changeover period, where occasional weekend support may be needed with prior notice.We’re looking for a driven, experienced property professional to join our award-winning and high performing Property Management team in Clifton as a Senior Portfolio Manager.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering first-class service, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has a flair for managing people and property.You'll take the lead in ensuring a portfolio of managed properties is fully compliant, well-maintained, and delivering value to our landlords and tenants. Experience in property management is essential—student lettings experience is beneficial but not required.What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a key contact for portfolio landlords
- Managing both reactive and proactive maintenance issues
- Conducting property visits and ensuring full compliance with regulations
- Handling tenant and landlord queries, issues, and complaints professionally
- Leading the student changeover process – planning, coordination, and execution
- Supporting junior team members and leading by example
- Keeping abreast of current lettings legislation and applying it day-to-day
- Acting as a key contact for portfolio landlords
